- 2 or 3 stalks of yau mak - separate, rinse and dry in colander
- 3 garlic - chopped
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
Optional
- 1 tbsp of wolfberry - soak and rinse
Method
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add garlic. Stir for a few seconds.
- Add yau mak.
- Stir-fry quickly (2-3 stirs).
- Add oyster sauce and wolfberry. Stir fry quickly. Make sure vegetables are coated.
