My Thoughts
Ingredients
- 600g minced pork
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs (30g)
- 1 egg - beaten
- 1 small onion - chop fine
- 1 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 500g bolognese sauce (from jar)
- 2 cloves garlic - crush
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200ml water
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil
Method
- Combine meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions and herbs.
- Roll into balls.
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp oil in pan. Low heat.
- Brown meatballs. Set aside.
- In another pan, heat up 1 tbsp oil.
- Add garlic. Stir awhile.
- Add pasta sauce, water and sugar
- Stir well. When boil.
- Add meatball.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Can thicken with cornflour solution if needed.
