Must remember to roll into thinner crust. #3 prefers really thin crust.

#2 mixed in fresh chopped garlic into the tomato puree. Really good coz we are garlic lovers. 😄
Ingredients
- 2 cups of bread flour/AP flour (sieve) - 256g
- 1 tbsp butter (softened) - 14.2g
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp water (optional)
Method
- Measure out butter. Let if soften while you get the rest ready.
- Sieve the flour
- Add the ingredients into BM according to manufacturer's guide
- With my machine,
- Put water
- Add butter
- Add salt in one corner
- Add sugar
- Add garlic powder
- Add flour
- Make a hole and add yeast
- Select 'dough' setting. Start machine
- After 1 or 2 minutes, check dough. If too dry, add 1 tbsp of water.
- Check again after a minute, if still dry, add another tbsp of water.
- It should form a ball of dough.
- After the cycle is done, preheat the over - 200C
- Take out dough and roll into shape.
- Or can use hand to flatten and stretch out dough.
- Pinch or fold over edges to make crust.
- Brush surface of pizza with olive oil
- Poke holes in the dough. Stab with fork.
- Put your desired toppings
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes till crust slightly brown and toppings cooked.
